You know what, I got a lot of opinions about LILITH but at least the rooms are nice. No suspicious stains! No terrifying cracks in the walls. Good soundproofing! Zero sand! It's nice. The beds aren't even creaky!

( He takes a seat, plucking free one of the plainer donuts with immediately and apparent delight. )
Most of them? I mean my room back on HOME isn't, but I don't really visit all that often. We're usually in motels or sleeping out in the sand so a bit of rough-wear is to be expected, you know? I travel a lot. ( A shrug, easy. ) So it's kind of been nice, being near a place I can call my own. The bed's real good, though it took me a few weeks to get used to how soft it was.
[ hunter takes a donut and looks at it, as if uncertain how to eat it, but his attention is split between eating and engaging with vash. because he is quite interested, he likes hearing about other people's worlds because he's a big ol' nerd ]
Back on.... "home"? What's that? [ but the rest seems to make sense, though hunter has to wonder why he's traveling around so much ]
I had a room in the emperor's coven. It... was similar, I guess. Not as big, not as nice. [ the room isn't that big, but his room was quite small ] This bed's a lot more... comfortable.
[ so, kinda same issue with adjusting to bed's softness ]
Oh, it's a ship. ( A hum, licking powdered sugar off his fingers. ) Like a space ship. Only it's sort of stuck on No Man's Land. The people on it helped me out when I was young so they let me keep a room there in case I need it. But a lot of the time they're in cryosleep so I don't like to bother them too much, you know? There's no point waking up just for me.
